Program Details
- Referrals. Referrer will refer clients to Apostille-USA for apostille and translation services. Referrers will use the referral link provided by Apostille-USA to initiate contact.
- Services. Apostille-USA will provide apostille and translation services to the referred clients. The fee to the client will be $199 + shipping for 72 hour service and $299 + shipping for 24 hour service. Apostille-USA will provide Referrer with a referral fee of $30 for each document apostilled from a referred client, and $30 for each document translation service used by a referred client.
- Two-Level Affiliate Program. Any law firm that the master affiliate brings in as a referrer, the master affiliate will earn $15 per document apostilled, and the originating law firm will receive the standard $30 per document.
- Payment. Apostille-USA will pay Referrer referral earnings at the 1st of each month via bank transfer. Referral earnings will be calculated based on the number of documents apostilled or translated by referred clients during the previous month.

How long does it take to obtain the Hague Apostille with your company?
We have two options:
- For the standard 72 hour processing time the fees are $199 + Shipping & Handling ($65 domestic, $95 international, $35 handling for digital only) . The whole process will take between 5-7 business days end-to-end including transit time.
- 24 hour Rush service – $299 + Shipping & Handling ($65 domestic, $95 international, $35 handling for digital only)
- Federal Apostille service – $199 + Shipping & Handling ($65 domestic, $95 international, $35 handling for digital only). 10-15 Business days processing time.
How long does it take to obtain the Hague Apostille for the FBI background check?
The current turnaround time for the general public as well as other agencies is 10-12 weeks. You can find this information on the US Department of state’s website.
However through our company and established resources, we normally get them back in the 10-15 Business day mark.
We can obtain a State level Apostille on FBI background checks in our standard 72 and 24 hour services. Some countries like Brazil will accept the state level for the FBI background check
Is there a minimum number of documents to be apostilled per client for us to obtain the referral fee?
No minimum number of documents. Payouts are made on 1st of each month

Our process for obtaining an apostille through our services is simple and efficient:

- Upload your documents, specify the country for apostille usage, and provide the name and document custodian.
- Receive a Stripe invoice, and once paid, the apostille process will immediately begin.
- Our team will process the documents within the specified timeframe of 24 or 72 hours and ship the apostilled document to the designated location.
- The entire process from end to end should take approximately 5-7 business days

What additional services do you provide?
Regarding additional services, we offer document translation services at a rate of $199 for up to five pages, with a $30 referral fee per translation. Our translators are ISO & USCIS certified. Please note that translation services take 24 hours. However, we do not offer courier services at this time.
