CEO & Co-Founder
Rugi Kavamahanga is the CEO and Co-Founder of Apostille-USA, where he leads a team dedicated to providing efficient and reliable document authentication services.
With over a decade of experience in venture capital, blockchain, and business development, Rugi has co-founded several successful ventures, including Coin Locker Group, Byzantium Generals, and Oaktown Group. He specializes in marketing strategy, community building, and guiding startups through growth and fundraising.
Rugi has also worked extensively in the financial services and Web3 industries, offering strategic leadership and fostering innovation. He holds an MBA from Penn State University and is passionate about empowering teams and driving business success.
Ralph Reijs
CTO & Co-Founder
Ralph is a Chief Technology Officer from the Netherlands. He advises companies and manages startups with a strong, senior mentality bringing 25+ years of experience in bleeding-edge technology.
He has worked in 40+ projects in corporate environments as a Senior Solution Architect in IT Service Management. For the last 15+ years he has specialised in Startups as well, many of which in the Blockchain scene, and he has been involved with Bitcoin since 2010.
In 2017 Ralph was a founding (and core team-) member of Pillar, one of the first cryptocurrency ICOs, where he helped raise $27M in 60 hours. In 2018 he was a core team member of Jinbi, an ICO where they raised $47M over 6 months.
