At Apostille USA, all orders are processed immediately upon payment. This includes the automatic creation of shipping labels and payment to our service providers. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.  

Exception:

If an apostille is rejected due we will attempt to correct and reprocess it at no additional cost. If reprocessing is unsuccessful, we will issue a full refund.

1. For digital orders, apostille documents will be delivered to the customer email within the selected service period of 24 or 72 business hours.
   For physical delivery of apostilles, orders will be shipped by courier within the selected service period of 24 or 72 business hours.
2. We do not process on weekends
3. Any order received after 1 pm EST will begin processing the next day
4. We are not responsible for goverment delays
5. Original document orders take 5- 10 Business days on average, depending on the individual state procsessing times.
6. Federal orders take on average 10-15 Business days

Please note that all refund, delivery, return, and cancellation requests will be processed in accordance with Stripe’s policies and procedures.
