Fulfillment Apostille Service Policies

  1. Refund Policy
    Customers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
    If the apostille service cannot be fulfilled due to reasons attributable to Fufilmnet, such as technical issues or inability to obtain the apostille.

  2. Delivery Policy
    For digital orders, apostille documents will be delivered to the customer email within the selected service period of 24 or 72 hours.
    For physical delivery of apostilles, orders will be shipped by courier within the selected service period of 24 or 72 hours.

  3. Return Policy
    Fufilmnet accepts returns under the following conditions:
    If the apostille documents received by the customer are incorrect or incomplete.

  4. Cancellation Policy
    Customers can cancel their apostille service request under the following condition:
    If the apostille process has not yet commenced.

    Please note that all refund, delivery, return, and cancellation requests will be processed in accordance with Stripe’s policies and procedures.
