Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Apostille-USA, all orders are processed immediately upon payment. This includes the automatic creation of shipping labels, administrative processing, and payment to government offices and service providers. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed.
Exception
If an apostille is rejected due to a processing error on the part of Apostille-USA or the issuing authority, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue and reprocess the document at no additional cost.
If the apostille cannot ultimately be completed after reasonable reprocessing attempts, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued in cases where the apostille cannot be completed due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Submission of incorrect, incomplete, or ineligible documents
- Documents that do not meet state, federal, or international apostille requirements
- Documents that require prior notarization, certification, or authentication that was not completed
- Documents rejected by a government authority due to content, format, or issuance requirements
- Delays or rejections caused by the issuing agency or government authority

Delivery Policy
- For digital orders, apostille documents will be delivered to the customer email within the selected service period of 24 or 72 business hours.
For physical delivery of apostilles, orders will be shipped by courier within the selected service period of 24 or 72 business hours. - We do not process on weekends
- Any order received after 1 pm EST will begin processing the next day
- We are not responsible for goverment delays
- Original document orders take 5- 10 Business days on average, depending on the individual state procsessing times.
- Federal orders take on average 10-15 Business days
Please note that all refund, delivery, return, and cancellation requests will be processed in accordance with Stripe’s policies and procedures.
