Rugi Kavamahanga is the CEO and Co-Founder of Apostille-USA, the leading American platform for global document legalization. A former Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali, he began his career empowering small entrepreneurs and women’s cooperatives before returning to Oakland, California, where he organized community cleanups in the city’s toughest neighborhoods and helped drive grassroots political reform.
Graduating with an MBA during the 2009 financial crisis, Rugi built his own path rather than wait for permission — creating ventures defined by purpose and resilience. He later led marketing and community at Shima Capital, advised 160+ startups across the Web3 ecosystem, and co-founded Coin Locker Group, which helped raise over $150M for blockchain projects. Fluent in five languages, he builds systems of trust that connect humanity and technology.
Ralph Reijs
CTO & Co-Founder
Ralph Reijs is the CTO & Co-Founder of Apostille-USA, the automated platform for U.S. document legalization worldwide. A Dutch technologist with 25+ years in software, security, and product architecture, Ralph has delivered solutions for 40+ enterprise environments—including Shell, Rabobank, Bayer, and Deutsche Bank — while specializing in automation and IT Service Management. An early Bitcoin builder, he launched the iBitcoin iOS app in 2010 and later served on core teams for Pillar ($27M in 60 hours) and Jinbi ($47.5M), earning a reputation for integrity in high-stakes blockchain projects. He has led data and web3 products at scale, co-founded Mpowa for decentralized energy, and architected Apostille-USA from zero to profitability without VC. Ralph’s hallmark: secure, elegant systems that make complexity simple—and trustworthy.
